Entries should be scheduled for construction or under construction but not substantially complete. All residential building types are eligible. Square footage is based on living space. Only renderings and technical drawings are accepted for this award (no photos).

50. Lifetime Achievement
Description
This award recognizes an individual who has dedicated their career to the residential construction industry. The individual should not only produce a high quality product, but also invest in their internal teams, collaborate with their trades and subcontractors, and contribute to not only strengthening the residential construction sector, but the CHBA-CO. The Lifetime Achievement Award is open to nominations from any CHBA-CO member and the community at large. The winning recipient is selected by the CHBA-CO Board of Directors.

This award is by nomination only and is free to enter.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is designed to recognize someone who has dedicated their career to advancing the goals of the residential construction industry within the Okanagan. Consideration should be given to: advancing priorities related to residential construction, mentoring and leading the next generation of workers within the industry, time spent giving back to the community both within and beyond residential construction.
The Lifetime Achievement Award can be publicly nominated by any CHBA-CO member in good standing. The recipient is selected at the discretion of the CHBA-CO Board of Directors
